I’ve Been Dealing With Severe Pain And Only Being Able

I’ve been dealing with severe pain and only being able to use the bathroom #2 every 6-8 days for the past 7 years. I’ve been taking Phillips magnesium every night to try and use the bathroom it occasionally helps but the pain never goes away, and I feel as if when I have the urge to go I can’t. I’ve been to scared to go to the doctor because I’m afraid of what it could be , but I can’t deal with this pain anymore it’s unbearable. Please help me
