Ive been dehydrated and constipated for several days. Yesterday after a very painful effort that lasted a couple hours i went to the bathroom. But today I notice on the upper inside of my thing right in the crease of the leg it was tender and upon investigating it i noticed that it is swollen in like a tube running in that crevious. Is this any reason for concern
