Ive been diagnosed w both cervical and lumbar stenosis: severe, I'm numb all the time , lost50# in last month, chronic pain, throw up every time I eat, no energy, had to quit working. What should I be careful of or what are the risks of walking around like this?? Please advise. Brian YYYY@YYYY
