I've Been Diagnosed With GAD And I'm Having High Bp

I've been diagnosed with GAD and I'm having high bp facial numbing for over a couple of weeks my chest gets tight and neck tenses up. I feel light headed and dizzy and I have panic attacks when feeling overwhelmed in public in vehicles and while eating. My attacks are where I can't swallow and my throat won't let me so I make myself and freak out. Why would the numbness in my face and the tightness in chest be there for days and weeks straight without easing up??
