I've Been Diagnosed With Influenza A Two Days Ago. Last

I've been diagnosed with Influenza A two days ago. Last night I got a really bad headache and earache. Today, I can't hear to good, there's a constant ringing and swooshing sound, but if I turn my head to the right, the swooshing sounds clears up. Any idea what's going on and what I can do to help this? I'm on TAMIFLU and AMOXICILLAN currently.
