Ive Been Diagnosed With RA. Ive Tried Several Meds, Nothing

Ive been diagnosed with RA. Ive tried several meds, nothing has relieved my hip pain that i have had for 6 years now. It just seems to get worse. I recently 16 days ago had a paragard IUD removed along with a tubal ligation. Since my doctor doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with my hips, could my hip pain possibly be copper toxicity? I had my IUD for 16 years. A few days after the IUD was removed my feet and hands almost have zero pain in them and I was off my RA meds for 2 weeks before my surgery.
