I've Been Diagnosed With A Dislocated 11 Rib Which Has

I've been diagnosed with a dislocated 11 rib which has usually been treated effectively with manipulation. Its been 4 weeks with no improvement, and I've been given the option of injection with Platelet rich Plasma PRP, and or surgically remove rib. I would like to hear about the pros and cons of both procedures and is surgery a viable option to alleviate the pain
