I've Been Diagnosed With A Hiatal Hernia A Few Years

I've been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia a few years ago . But in the last week or so I started really really burping , like from somewhere deep inside , and they don't come out easy either . I'm having quite a lot of pain too . I had my gallbladder removed several years ago . And I have hep c , third / fourth stage liver cer. My neck , back ( upper right quadrant mostly ) consistently are hurting also . Also having a lot of pain in between the frontal stomach rib area , especially when I can't get my burps out . I'm 54 years old , and in the last year and a half or so I've come down from 320 lbs. to 155 lbs. What do you think is going on ? PLEASE HELP . YYYY@YYYY
