I've Been Diagnosed With Chronic Sinusitus, Had Antibiotics, Awfull Pressure

I've been diagnosed with chronic sinusitus, had antibiotics, awfull pressure in ears trouble swallowing pain behind eyes, I have also lost stone in weight in six weeks. Been going on since end of august, really not feeling very well. Any advice please. Thank you.
