Why Do I Still Hear A Pulsing Sound While Lying Down When Diagnosed With H-pylori And Venous Hum After Ear Flushing For Cerumen Impaction?

I ve been diagnosed with h pylori in my stomach, I had been hearing a pulsing in my ears for about 2 weeks prior to that, I also had cerumen impaction and had to have my ears flushed but still heard the sound. My ent diagnosed me with venous hum but i still went to my gp for a second opinion, I am currently on amoxycillin, clarithromycin and esomeprazole still hearing the sound slightly when I lie down, when will it end.
