I've Been Diagnosed With Spinal Stenosis,bulging Disc,and Mild Disc Degeneration

I've been diagnosed with spinal stenosis,bulging disc,and mild disc degeneration in the past.its been years since I've been last seen by a Dr,and I've been experiencing lots of crucial ,burning,numbing like tingling sensations from my lower back all the way down to my toes every time I am walking or standing
What could this be?
