I've Been Diagnosed With T2/t3 Bladder Cancer.........Drs Can't Be Sure

I've been diagnosed with t2/t3 bladder cancer.........Drs can't be sure if it's T3 but believe the tumor has gone through the muscle wall.........I have started chemo treatment with a plan to have surgery after 4mos of chemo.to remove the bladder prostate and lymph nodes........they're saying at that time they'll be able to tell if the cancer is gone 20% chance...........or if it may have spread elsewhere ......
Do you agree with this approach?????
