I've been diagnosed with type 2 diebetes high blood pressure,I had 6 ecgs and have been referred to hospital to see a specielist,I've been given an angina spray,my sugar levels are between 10 and 18 most days,my blood pressure can be has high has 150/100 pulse around 97/101 per minute,I'm worried as I lost my brother at 52 of a heart attack,my dad was 65 when he passed of same thing,what are my risks.
