I've Been Dizzy For About A Week, With Lack Of

I've been dizzy for about a week, with lack of appetite. My right ear feels pressure and my right eye as well. I feel like my right eye is blurry or moving weird. Sometimes I have problems getting my thoughts together as well. Getting tongue tied. Also, my BP has been ranging from low 95/76 to 105/81..it normally is around 125/89
