I've Been Drinking More Than The Normal Amount Over Last

I've been drinking more than the normal amount over last 2 years... I've had varied health conditions which my weight fell to 41kgs, my weight loss was down to zero b12... On forceival vitamins too and now been told my vit d is 25 so on Hux D3 20,000 units for 15 days then one a night.. I'm permently dizzy, even fainted when out and got ambulance to hospital... I'm scared I have alcohol keratosis or whatever it is... Had heart resting rate of 100/112 and been put in propranolol 40mg three times a day... It's doing nothing for the dizziness and light headed nice, it's a gun worry as I have to drive 8 miles to get my son to school and me to work... Any divorce??? Please.
