I've Been Dry Heaving And Vomiting For Four Months Now

I've been dry heaving and vomiting for four months now almost everyday. Mostly in morning but sometimes all through the day. Had egd done, ultra sound gallbladder, hida scan nothing. Next week gastro emptying study. Can't find anything, vomit after laughing or crying. Today I thought I was going to pass out just feel bad. Any ideas
