I've been eating healthy about 6 weeks. I'm eating whole grains, low fat dairy, lots of fish and chicken, a variety of veg. and fruits and nuts. I've cut out the sweetened coffee creamer and soda. The last week, I'm really craving sugar. What can I do to help this craving?
