I've Been Experiencing Light Headedness When Standing And Walking. It's

I've been experiencing light headedness when standing and walking. It's intermittent but seems to be getting more common, I've had blood work and an EKG and both were negative. At the same time, my tinnitus has gotten worse. I'm wondering if I may have an inner ear problem?
