I've Been Experiencing Pain In My Lower Right Side Of

I've been experiencing pain in my lower right side of my back that radiates to my flank and side. It's not a sharp pain, more dull and persistent. I've had this for the past four days and have been treating it with about 4 to 6 ibuprofen per day. I don't recall straining anything leading up to this symptom and I have no others. I'm wondering if I should schedule an appointment with my family doctor.
