I've Been Experiencing Random Dizziness. Now The Area Just Above

I've been experiencing random dizziness. Now the area just above my right eye has begun getting numb and a sensation I can only describe as the feeling when your muscle spasm is happening, and quite often. Today, while putting on my mascara, my right arm when numb for no reason. I lost grip. The feeling came back in 30-45 seconds. A few minutes ago, my left arm did the same. Should I be worried?
