I've Been Experiencing Severe Coldness Throughout My Body, And The

I've been experiencing severe coldness throughout my body, and the left,front part of my neck hurts, and has a sharp pain when I swallow. The freezing in my body happens throughout the day and takes 3-4 hours before my temp goes back to normal. The temperature throughout the day is 70 degrees - 75 degrees . No fever, and when walking dizziness occurs and a headache. When freezing I do cover up with sweats or a hoodie and stay under a blanket and these symptoms occured a few days ago.
