Ive Been Experiencing Some Numbness In My Feet, More Specifically

Ive been experiencing some numbness in my feet, more specifically my toes, and it's starting to concern me. The first time it happened, my pinky toe to about my middle toe of my left foot was numb, but it went away in about 30 minutes. Then last night my big toe of my right foot was numb and has been since then (approximately 15hrs now). It sometimes feels a little bit tingly like I'm about to regain feeling but it never comes. I've recently start a new job where I'm on my feet all day and so that might be a contributing factor. Also I had a procedure done on that right big toe for an ingrown toenail and they did a digit block. That procedure was done about 2-3 weeks ago. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
