I've Been Experiencing Sticky Hands For The Last Couple Of

I've been experiencing sticky hands for the last couple of months. No matter how much I wash them, they are sticky. I've also been experiencing extreme abdominal pain whether I eat (which I need to (, but mostly after eating, and lastly diarrhea that won't end. I've been to family doctor and parasites have been ruled out. Can you help startiong with could it all begin with the sticky hands? Thank you.
