I've Been Experiencing This Linear Rash In And Off For

I've been experiencing this linear rash in and off for most of my life it happens after I scratch. It subsides at random. It itches and recently it has gotten worst. I have had to leave work for it. It use to disappear after a while and only appeared if something abrasive rubbed against me (anywhere on my body). Now it last a lot longer, i can be doing absolutely nothing and the tingly feeling would start and then itching. I don't know if it is relevant but i have headaches too; really bad ones. Benedryl helps but idk if it subsides without the benedryl because it takes so long work and it come back again in a few months/days/hours/ minutes. I don't have any medical conditions that I know of. I have noticed mucus in my stool and my last physical showed traces if wnc and blood in my urine (though my mens started later thst day; again dont know if this is related). I also noticed that i have a discoloration in my face. There are lighter patches on my cheekbones and nose(sometimes looks like a blush). I feel fatigued often but I can rarely sleep a full night and when i do I wake up more tired than before. There is itching in my clitoral area(again not sure if this is related) and a bad smell). Sexual intercourse is not usually psinful unless the itching at my clitoris is present first. I have also been experiencing muscle twitching, and numbness in my limbs. Please help!
