I've Been Feeling A Cold Sensation In My Belly On

I've been feeling a cold sensation in my belly on and off (especially after eating) and it sometimes feels like a slight stinging sensation. I've heard it's common in pregnant women but I am certainly not. I've also developed a pain on my left side of my ribs as though they were bruised but have no trauma or injury to it.
