I've Been Feeling Absolutely Aweful For A Week Now. The

I've been feeling absolutely aweful for a week now. The worst thing is this headache, theres so much pressure from the back of my head up to the forehead. I have a very sensitive spot on the back right side about 2" from the back of my right ear. When I touch it pain shoots through my head. Swollen Lymphnoids on the right side neck also directly behind my right ear lobe. I'm freezing yet I'm sweating. and my stomach feels like junk but I feel like thats probably because of all the headache pills I've been eating. I've way over done it on excedrin. However I have stopped taking those pills and just dealing with the headache. I've always been healthy and I've never felt this sick. And I dont do drugs
