I've Been Feeling Ill Since A Year Now It Started

I've been feeling ill since a year now it started out I start feeling like something crawling in my chest then got constipated. I was told to do a colon cleanse where they put the thing in my bottom and flush me out. During that process they said I had worms and a lot of mucus so they gave me worm meds and tabs for candida. After doing that I notice I had tremors so severe it feels like small feet running up and down inside of me. Then I got scared went bk to hospital they ran test found nothing. I remember having a bad break out my joints swollen my skin got red everywhere and I felt like my body was being electricuted my stomach felt like something trying to get out. My personal doctor told me its anxiety but I'm thinking something else must be wrong if I try to talk too much the right side of my stomach flatters I caint do nothing I have aches and less energy I'm so worried and fed up been to so much doctors and hospital
