I've Been Feeling Lightheaded And Shakey Over The Last Month.

I've been feeling lightheaded and shakey over the last month. Alot of headaches as well. My hands are numb sometimes when I wake up. I'm nervous something is really wrong with me. I've wrote it off as my terrible sleep habits but now I'm getting quite concerned.
