I've Been Feeling Pukish Off And On For A While

I've been feeling pukish off and on for a while now , I'm on bitch control depo and I'm a thyroid patient (hyper)I sometimes take the birth control pill microgynon when my period extends over 7 days (yes I still see a period while on the shot this is my 3rd shot) I also have very poor eating habits should I go in to see a doctor?
