I've Been Feeling Really Tired This Week. It's Highly Unusual

I've been feeling really tired this week. It's highly unusual for me. Last week my dad was in the hospital and I probably got a total of 12hrs sleep for the entire week. I also have been experiencing slight chills here and there should I be alarmed? I'm a 39yr old African American woman, and have never really experienced any major health issues.
