I've Been Feeling These Strange Stinging Feelings In My Lower

I've been feeling these strange stinging feelings in my lower arms and hands . I was thinking it was a bee sting but nothing was there. And can't hardly put one foot in front of the other . Feels like I have weights on them. I'm having problems holding my urine and bowels. I'm tripping or falling on my own feet. I noticed that some words are hard to pronounce or just plain hard to remember. My eye site is bad I have inflammation of the Iris in my left eye and Rentina DR. Don't know why it will not go away after many treatments of predizone . And had a long but with not being able to smell anything. With my eyes I have halos, sparks and see flying bugs. ( that are not there) I have weird taste problems hard to tell what it is . Horrible sleep problems but I'm always exsauzted even if I sleep 12 hours I would still have no energy it takes me all day to do a few simple things. No intrest in sex. Can't walk with out limping . And ribs hurt on my right side alot. Can you help me?
