I've Been Feeling Very Tired, Dizzy, And Have Been Shaking

I've been feeling very tired, dizzy, and have been shaking with exhaustion I have random periods of intense nausea, bad cough along with coughing up yellow mucus I've been treated for ammonia twice with 2 different antibiotics but nothing has really helped. This has been going on for about 6 weeks
