I've Been Getting A Warm Flush Like Sensation On My

I've been getting a warm flush like sensation on my right lower abdomen near my waist line for a couple of weeks now. I don't have any pain but the warmness is becoming more frequent and more warm although I wouldn't say it was a burning sensation. It can happen 2-3 times per minute but sometimes not quite as frequent.
I'm not aware of any other symptoms but it's concerning me as it doesn't seem to be going away.
