I've Been Getting Raised Line On My Cheek Like An

I've been getting raised line on my cheek like an indentation. Woth that my cheek feels kind of tingly and within minutes of that a red spot appeared on my inner wrist , it wasn't itchy or anything the red dot also had a red line from the spot closer to the edge leading to my hand. What are causes for this ? I should mention this is not the first time.. I find those nights with this I feel fluttering in my chest.
