I've Been Getting Really Bad Nausea, Dizzy Spells, Constantly Light

I've been getting really bad nausea, dizzy spells, constantly light headed and have had cramps abdominal pains and feeling very bloated all the time I'm experiencing noise from my bowels too. If I don't eat enough sometimes I would feel faint my appetite for my age (15) is big. Do I have a virus?
