I've Been Getting Really Dizzy, Lightheaded, And There Are These

I've been getting really dizzy, lightheaded, and there are these bumps in my nose and when I blow my nose, there are traces of blood. Also I have been having migraines that have been worse than before, and last longer. I just want to make sure it's nothing TOO serious like a brain tumor or something.
