I've Been Getting Severe Pain Attacks Inside My Right Ribs

I've been getting severe pain attacks inside my right ribs feels like razor blades stabbing me inside the pain last for 6 hour and usually happens at night what can I do to stop these pain attack I've tried honey Lemon dandelion and ginger root tea I've been to a gastrologist and had to have ultrasound and they say I do not have gallstones I've also had CAT scans with contrast the only thing they found was a lesion in my liver please help I can't go through another attack I need to find a doctor that really cares and not stop looking until they find out what's wrong with me can you please help me find a doctor in my area that cares and won't stop until they find out what's wrong with me please help me
