I've Been Getting This Pinching Feeling In The Middle Of

I've been getting this pinching feeling in the middle of my chest. It lasts a few seconds and goes away and comes back. This is day 4. My only concern is that I had open heart surgery at 2 for ASD...should I go to the emergency room for a EKG or wait it out and see if it gets worse? Thanks
