I've Been Getting Up In The Morning And It Sounds

I've been getting up in the morning and it sounds like I'm sick but I'm not throat is fine nose is fine ears are fine no fever I don't receive nothing that a cold gives I'm perfectly fine it just sounds like I'm congested when I'm not nothing is coming out of my throat I'm not coughing my nose is clear just sounds like I'm sick water drips out of my nose when I bend over what is that cost from and how can I fix it thank you
