I've Been Having A Congested Throat For 2 Years With

I've been having a congested throat for 2 years with Phlem piling up. When I spit sometimes it has specs of blood. My stool can have some blood in between also or rather I find blood stains on the tissue upon second wipe.
I used to cough but now it only happens when I feel cold. Now its all about clearing my throat. I've been drinking lots of water..it helps ease the congestion.

My girlfriend says I've been having a foul breathe lately and produce excess mucus.

When I drink alcohol im having jaundice the day after. Never used to struggle with alcohol when I was actually a regular.

I get these faint chest pains. Can be more sharper but its rare
