I've Been Having A Constant Sharp Pain The My Right

I've been having a constant sharp pain the my right occipital region ever since I took this medication that raises my blood pressure (vyvanse) one day. The worst pain was that day but then the sharp pain lasted for weeks after. I still get it but it is slowly subsiding. I've never had headaches before and this isn't an ache it's a sharp stabbing pain. They did a non contrast CT scan but I've heard those aren't very reliable. Could this be an aneurysm? Do those go on for week's with no other symptoms? Also twice this pain has turned into a migraine but those go away whereas the sharp pain remains.
