I've Been Having A Mucus Like Discharge One That Looks

I've been having a mucus like discharge one that looks like my mucus plug when I was pregnant. I've also been having itching and it smells like something dead inside me. I smell it eveRy time I take my clothes off or use the rest room showering doesn't help. What could this be? I'm also on nexplanon.
