I've Been Having A Productive Cough With Thick Greenish Or

I've been having a productive cough with thick greenish or yellow mucous, vibrations in the lungs and my ears keep popping. I have a refill of azithromycin that was given to me the last time I was sick. Is there any reason to make a doctor appointment, or will the antibiotics be enough?
