I've Been Having A Shooting Pain Right Under My Rib

I've been having a shooting pain right under my rib cage, I think that would be below the sternum. It starts first thing in the morning, it's like a searing pain, not enough to double over, but it takes my breath away. Then it's been happening three or four times throughout the day.
