I've Been Having A Soarness In My Lower Abdomin Like
I've been having a soarness in my lower abdomin
like weak ab muscles. It felt really soar last weak and then had a bowel movementand felt much better.
I think it might have been a touch of food poisoning perhaps. Only history I have is my gall bladder removed 8-10 years ago.
I'd like to know what i could take to cleanse and flush out my system. Only other thing it could be is a herniea (sp). How could I check my self? I have coughed and felt a king of fliud movement in my lower abs. Bowel movements appear normal except for one instance it was very dark but wouldn't say black. Thank you!
