I've Been Having A Tightness And Painful.. More Painful When

I've been having a tightness and painful.. More painful when I wake up in the morning.. On my right side right below my rib cage. I have hep c and 1 kidney. No fever.. Nausea from time to time but I shiver really bad when I get cold. I feel fine but been tired more, lately. I'm worried but I'm not like having extreme pain enough for an ambulance. What should I do?
