I've Been Having A Weird Faint Like Sensation When I'm

I've been having a weird faint like sensation when I'm standing. Also some discomfort mild pain above belly button. Recently constipated in that stool passes very slowly and have to push hard. I also feel very bloated. Sometimes get a weird headache on top of head.
