I've Been Having , Aches And Pain In My Entire

I've been having , aches and pain in my entire body, waking up coughing every morning with mild flem in my throat, during the day I have watery eyes and runny nose , it gets worse around dust and in the evening hours other than that I sleep well and no fever. could it be Valley Fever ?
