I've Been Having Acute Inflamation Inside Of My Right Eye...uveitus?

I've been having acute inflamation inside of my right eye...uveitus? I've seen several specialist including cornea & retina specialist. This has been going on for about 3 years & I have been getting injections in the affected eye about every 3-4 months for the last year and a half...now I have developed a cataract in that eye that is scheduled to be surgically removed by my cornea Dr. in a week. what do you suggest I do next. I've also had a ton of blood test & chest x-rays, but nothing has given any clues as to what could be causing this to continue happening in my eye.
