I've Been Having Chills On And Off With Headaches And

I've been having chills on and off with headaches and stiffness in the neck . Also my knee joints have been feeling weird. A few weeks ago I pricked my finger on a pigmy palm tree thorn. My finger got all swollen and hurt to bend. I went to the urgent care and they gave me atibiotics to take. It was during this time I started having these symptoms. What could be causing this. I've checked my temperature when I get the chills and the highest its been is 100.3. I also get very tired when this occurs. I've been taking Aleve (12 hr) and it seems to help a little.
